1. What are the available shipping methods?
For all shipping methods, Vplus only charge shipping fee, the possible tax/duty is not included. Please kindly note that the Tax / Customs fee in destination country are at customer’s expense.
*If you have your own shipping method or shipping forwarder in China, please contact us and provide their information, we will ship order to your warehouse or forwarder.

2. How to check the shipping cost for your destination?
The shipping cost depends on the weight of product, the destination, the shipping method and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible at the checkout page. Please remember to fill in your shipping address first.
3. How are customs and import tax/duty handled?
We encourage you to check the local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing any order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import.
Vplus is not responsible for products rejected, confiscated or destroyed by the customs in your countries. Because we send products from Hong Kong (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by Hong Kong government.
